St. Modwen Logistics strengthens senior team with appointment of Adam Haley

St. Modwen Logistics, the UK logistics developers and manager, has appointed Adam Haley to role of Director in its Portfolio and Asset Management team.

Haley, who has over 15 years industrial and logistics experience, joins St. Modwen Logistics from SEGRO, where he was responsible for the management of the firm’s National Markets portfolio. He played a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics parks in line with customers’ evolving warehousing requirements, including the shift toward more sustainable logistics assets. Haley also previously worked at DHL, where he gained valuable occupier experience expanding and managing the DHL Midlands portfolio.

Earlier this year, Blackstone announced that from July 2024, St. Modwen Logistics’ portfolio of assets will become part of Indurent, a new pure play UK logistics champion. The business will have more than 200 assets totalling 26 million sq. ft of logistics space. Adam will be instrumental in operating and growing Indurent’s best-in-class portfolio as the expanded entity seeks to diversify and build its offering to serve a wide range of industrial and logistics occupiers.

Haley will work with Gordon Kellie, Head of Portfolio, to improve and expand the company’s customer relationships and ensure their requirements are met through the development and acquisition of best-in-class sustainable warehousing. Haley will also be pivotal in driving collaboration across the firm to optimise the delivery of asset management and customer engagement initiatives, providing ongoing support for St. Modwen Logistics’ customers as they seek to drive greater efficiencies and achieve more sustainable operations through their use of space.

Adam Haley, Director at St. Modwen Logistics, commented: “High-quality sustainable warehousing is an increasingly important tool in the arsenal of occupiers seeking to advance their own net zero goals and facilitate the sustainable expansion of their business.

“St. Modwen Logistics is rightly recognised as a leader in the nationwide provision of space for industrial and logistics occupiers of all sizes. This new role presents the exciting opportunity to work with an extremely talented team to bolster the firm’s track record of developing and managing a portfolio of best-in-class warehousing aligned to customer needs.”

Gordon Kellie, Head of Portfolio, St. Modwen Logistics, commented: “Adam’s appointment will accelerate the growth of our portfolio and cement our position as one of the UK’s leading owners and developers of high-quality logistics stock. As the business undergoes a period of transition, Adam’s experience in driving cross-team collaboration and delivering outstanding value for customers will be of huge benefit to the team.”
