Logicor’s Kennetside Industrial Estate reaches 100% occupancy with latest leasing.


Logicor’s Kennetside Industrial Estate, Newbury, has reached 100% occupancy following the latest deals with food manufacturer Atkins & Potts and IT solutions specialists, TrellisWorks. 

Taking up a new 10-year lease, Atkins & Potts will occupy the recently refurbished Unit C made up of 40,481 sq ft detached warehouse space, expanding on their pre-existing space to meet the food manufacturer’s business growth as they prepare to supply Aldi stores nationwide. 

Following refurbishment, the unit boasts increased energy efficiency, featuring LED lighting throughout, air source heat pumps, and added insulation. The warehouse will also benefit from PV panelling across the whole roof - enabling Atkins & Pott’s growing production to be powered by the energy generated by the PV panels.

Similarly, Kennetside will see TrellisWorks occupy Unit H following an agreed 10-year lease to take up 10,618 sq ft of warehouse and office space. The accompanying office space will enable TrellisWorks to consolidate their work under one roof as the business continues to grow. 

Located just off Bone Lane, Kennetside Industrial Estate is set in the prime industrial location, with convenient links to the M4, M3 and M25 allowing both business enhanced and efficient connectivity to their customers.
