Rack Group launches new website and branding as it continues to invest in services

Industrial racking services specialist Rack Group has launched a newly designed website www.therackgroup.com/and rebrand as it invests further in growth and improved customer services.

The initiative reflects the company’s move to consolidate all its inspection, installation and training brands into a one-stop-shop covering all its racking services. It also echoes the evolution of the company, which is now part of the IWS Group, aligning its brand identity with the wider group.

The new website is faster, easier-to-use and more efficient for customers, offering an enhanced user experience to access help, advice, and support for all racking enquiries and reinforcing Rack Group’s sector leading position in racking installations, inspections, repairs, and training.

Rack Group is also expanding its product range following its acquisition by IWS Group last year to include Brandsafe impact protection barriers and Beaverswood warehouse visual communications products. Site visitors can access a new virtual warehouse showcasing the IWS Group offering, which includes Brandsafe and Beaverswood products, while a simple distributor portal provides resellers with improved visibility and access to the latest marketing assets to support their own sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.

There is also information about the online training courses available to help specifiers and end users develop skills and knowledge within the health and safety sector.

The new-look website, which is accessible online across all PCs, laptops and smart devices, comes as the Rack Group has continued to maintain a strong performance during the pandemic with ambitious plans for growth in 2022 – it’s investing in resources and services across the UK with a network of international distributors for its range of impact protection solutions.

Stuart Ovington, managing director at Rack Group, said the refreshed identity reflects the company’s streamlining of operations as part of the IWS Group. He added: “We want to lead the way in terms of innovating, educating, and delivering effective, quality warehouse solutions that enhance safety, sustainability and performance.

“Our new look website and identity does that and customers will immediately see and feel the benefits of the new site thanks to next generation digital technology; providing an enhanced user experience with a host improved features and benefits for better online access and viewing.

“All our services, which help to prolong the life and safety of racking within the warehouse environment, supporting our customers’ goals in sustainability, are now available to view under one roof. This further helps customers looking for added value expertise and quality products from a single source supplier.”
