CMAC Group achieves gold standard in customer experience

CMAC Group, the Lancashire-headquartered managed ground transport company, has been awarded the highest level of recognition by Investor in Customers.

The gold standard accreditation follows rigorous benchmarking exercises which determine the quality of customer service and relationships, conducted by independent assessment organisation, Investor in Customers.    

The assessment criteria for the award compared client feedback alongside the views of staff and management to verify that customers really are at the heart of CMAC’s business.

These achievements complement CMAC’s existing ISO 27001 status and reassures clients and their travellers that the organisation follows best practice when it comes to managing people, processes and technology.
