St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics appoints Wayne Porter as Director of Customer Relationships and Experience

St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics has further strengthened its team with the appointment of former Prologis executive, Wayne Porter, as Director of Customer Relationships and Experience, starting in March 2021.

Wayne’s appointment builds on the growth of St. Modwen’s dedicated industrial and logistics business and strengthens its commitment to customer experience. With 25 years of delivering property management services to customers nationally, he will draw on his expertise in customer insights and experience to support the overall growth ambitions of the business.

Wayne joins from global logistics developer, Prologis, where he was most recently Customer Experience and Real Estate Manager. Managing a customer portfolio of more than 27 million sq ft across the UK, he worked with occupiers in the e-commerce, automotive, logistics and manufacturing sectors.

St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics is planning to grow its committed pipeline to c. 1.5m sq ft during 2021. With a total potential pipeline of 19m sq ft, the business is well positioned to capitalise on the strong market demand for modern industrial and logistics space.
