Pan-European logistics property specialist Verdion has launched a new development opportunity near Copenhagen, increasing its portfolio in the Øresund region and bringing much-needed warehouse space to the local market.
Verdion Logistics Park Greve offers up to 30,000 sq m of flexible warehouse accommodation to lease or own, which can be subdivided into smaller units if needed. Road infrastructure, utilities and zoning are already in place.
The site is located on Ventrupvej at the centre of the Greve logistics and business park, adjacent to the E20 motorway and within easy reach of Copenhagen city centre, harbour and airport. Occupiers will join nearby companies including DHL, LEMAN, Movianto, who have already chosen to locate to adjacent sites.

Verdion is also promoting new logistics space at its Verdion iPark Copenhagen in Allerød Kommune, 20 minutes to the north of Central Copenhagen and close to North Zeeland’s pharmaceutical industries. A total of 26,000 sq m of warehouse accommodation including office space is available to lease, with the potential to subdivide units if required. New occupiers will join DHL, which has taken a new 12,000 sq m state-of-the-art facility to support its contract with one of the world’s largest healthcare companies.
