Fleetmatics Group Plc, the global provider of mobile workforce solutions for service-based businesses of all sizes delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS), has been named the gold winner in Most Innovative Product of the Year - Small or Medium Business category for the Fleetmatics REVEAL Field App in Best in Biz Awards 2016 International, an independent global business awards program judged by members of the press and industry analysts.
The latest enhancement to Fleetmatics REVEAL, the Field App is designed to keep dispatchers, managers and drivers on the same page by delivering information right to the driver's mobile device and improving the experience of the mobile worker. The application also provides mobile workers with direct access to their performance metrics, helping them to track their own progress and benchmark against the rest of their team. Using location of the workers mobile device as well as vehicle locations within Fleetmatics REVEAL, the Field App intelligently recommends vehicle assignment; an easy means for customers to unlock additional insight into mobile worker performance.
