TTS360, a full service incident & accident management resource for the motor fleet and insurance industry launched just last year, is looking to grow after announcing its first high profile contract with a large UK fleet.

Since its launch TTS360 has impressed fleet managers with its capacity for dealing with incidents on a 24/7/365 basis and has been taken on by the car rental company Europcar. TTS360 is now set to grow significantly, and is already in discussions about further expansion

Europcar operates approximately 40,000 vehicles across the UK.

Under the agreement, Europcar will benefit from premium quality incident & accident management services such as 24/7/ 365 First Notification of Loss service, Third party intervention, replacement vehicles, vehicle recovery, claims handling and personal injury claims.

TTS360, a new venture launched in October using the services of Active Fleet Solutions and top 20 law firm Irwin Mitchell, takes away the need for managing multiple suppliers and provides either access to a full range of services or a bespoke system to integrate with existing preferred suppliers to simplify the delivery of incident and accident management, for fleets, brokers, insurance companies, dealers and manufacturers.

Andy Rowe, Managing Director at Active Fleet Solutions who oversees TTS360, said : "What fleet companies want is transparency and efficiency in how all incidents are dealt with to minimise the loss to the business in terms of both time and money"

"What TTS360 is offering is a full incident management service and because of our partner agreements our clients get the benefit of coordinated market leading quality services"

"We're delighted to be providing one of the largest fleets in the country with TTS360's services which are tailored to each of our clients' specific needs and are designed to reduce the overall cost of claims."
