New EMEA Sales Director for Fleetmatics

Fleetmatics, provider of fleet management solutions for commercial vehicles, has announced the appointment of Chris Morrell as EMEA Sales Director. Based in Reading, Morrell will take responsibility for Fleetmatics' EMEA sales strategy and the growth of its business in the region.

Morrell brings substantial experience of new business generation and enterprise contract sales management from time spent at sales performance management companies Callidus and Varicent and a number of US software and solutions providers including Entrust software and HID Global. In his most recent role as New Business Director at OpenSymmetry, Chris secured a number of high-value enterprise contracts with Fortune Global 500 companies.

Chris' pedigree in growing business in EMEA is proven. He was responsible for establishing presence in the region for Entrust, Callidus and Varicent and substantially growing the value of those businesses across the region.
Fleetmatics CEO Jim Travers said: "Chris is a valued addition to the senior management team.
