Palletline has honoured some of the UK's finest hauliers, and exceptional individuals who work in the road transport industry. The palletised distribution network celebrated its annual awards evening at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on Saturday 16th March.
Palletline's longstanding awards are testament to the continual achievements of its respected member companies and employees.
Trevor Ellis, Palletline Plc Chairman addressed the audience on the night: "Few people realise what we undertake every day and night across the country: Everybody working together for a common goal, delivering all manner of products to keep the UK and our friends across the water fed and watered, the shops full of stock and the wheels of industry turning.
"I would like to thank everyone involved for the part they play in Palletline's success."

Depot of the Year
Hotly contested, with winner requiring proof of exceptional customer service, quality of input and delivery service, as well as flexibility, helpfulness and a proactive approach to ensuring outstanding service overall.
Depot of the Year – Stephen Sanderson Transport
Small, Medium and Large Delivery Depot of the Year
Recognising the consistent excellence and hard work of depots that achieved the highest KPI scores in their volume banding throughout 2012.
Small Delivery Depot of the Year – Masters Logistical
Medium Delivery Depot of the Year – Stephen Sanderson Transport
Large Delivery Depot of the Year – Edge Transport
Most Improved Depot of the Year
Taking into account performance in weekly KPIs compared to 2011, improvements made throughout the year, feedback from other members and Palletline.
Most Improved Depot of the Year – Taskforce
Business Development Award
Winners combine a significant increase in volumes alongside business development activity and interaction with other members to share best practice.
Business Development Award – R T McEwan
New Member of the Year
Voted by members, based on customer service levels, quality of input, delivery service provision, ease of integration and the likelihood of a long term, positive contribution to the network.
