sara LBS, the UK supplier of high-end loading bays and industrial doors, has launched a new website as part of its ongoing strategy to deliver outstanding customer service and improve communication. The website includes a number of new features for users to access, including free CAD files for download, product catalogues and a comprehensive list of spare parts. The site can be found at www.saralbs.co.uk.

Christopher Knollys, Managing Director of sara LBS, comments: "As the internet continues to evolve, we believe that it is important to use its enhanced functionality to move away from the traditional product catalogue style of website and develop a more interactive, online portal, where users can learn about the advantages our products hold over the competition.

"The new website not only informs users of our latest products and services, it also allows them to learn about our experience in specific industries and to initiate direct communication with our expert sales engineers and maintenance and repair specialists. We see this as the first step in developing an online community where we can share resources and work in partnership with our customers."

The easy-to-navigate website includes detailed information about each of sara's current, high-quality products; including product literature and CAD files for popular products which can be downloaded free upon registration to the website. It also contains information about the range of maintenance contracts and emergency repair services which are on offer from its national network of technical centres. For existing customers there is a list of spare parts for some of the company's most used products.

Communications between the user and sara LBS have been enhanced with the use of enquiry forms which allow users to contact relevant departments directly with enquiries about the latest products, preventative maintenance or to request an emergency call out. This is part of sara's ongoing strategy to improve customer service and communication which in the past 18 months has included a move into a new, purpose-built headquarters and a merger with sister company, IDS Industrial Doors Systems (Southern) Ltd.
