The free-to-download paper, Principles of Supply Chain Strategy, is written by Bob Gill, director at Total Logistics, who has previously worked on supply chain projects with organisations such as Asda, adidas and Unilever and has over 15 years' experience in the supply chain sector.
The guide clearly outlines the key principles that businesses of any size should consider when putting together a supply chain strategy in order to maximise sales and increase profit.
