Vassoyoair air pneumatic tray formers are designed to run an extensive range of corrugated tray designs such as: Produce, Citrus, Bliss, Showcase, Display, and many more. The flexible design of the Vassoyoair allows Eagle to tailor the tray former to the unique requirements of each customer.
Able to produce a large tray size range at speeds up to 22 trays per minute in a compact footprint, quick changeover is standard on all Vassoyoair models - changing from one size to another takes minutes and with the extended hopper option, you can effortlessly load the hopper for continuous production. Automating the assembly of trays provides a quick return on investment and significantly reduces the cost per tray for years to come.
Built with a heavy duty, welded steel tubular frame and low maintenance drive, the tray former includes sealed ball bearings in the blank transfer section with self-cleaning tracks, and uses venturi vacuum technology to extract trays from the hopper.
Supplied with an Omron PLC (Allen Bradley optional), the colour touch screen HMI allows adjustment of glue patterns, trouble shooting, and full access to all functions and timing of the tray former. Additional features include a Nordson glue system, access panels for easy set-up and maintenance, interlocked safety gates and doors, and a valve control exhaust for quiet operation.
