Scottish courier of the year Thistle Couriers is hailing the success of its special web-software powered door-to-door parcel service for the public. Using the NetDespatch eTrader system, individuals can send a parcel to anywhere in the UK from the comfort of their own home and without setting up an account with the courier. Customers simply book a collection online and the courier collects the parcel from their doorstep. The system provides security of payment for Thistle Couriers and a competitive, high-quality traceable door-to-door delivery service for customers throughout the UK.

Designed for ease of use, the customer is directed to the Thistle Couriers website where they first obtain a quote. The fully automated system walks the customer through the booking process, prompting them to fill in all necessary information. They then pay online using a credit card or PayPal. The system also provides online parcel tracking so that customers can monitor the progress of their delivery.
