PSP is taking the market leaders head on with the launch of the first worldwide boat transportation alliance in the industry. PSP, which provides worldwide freight forwarding, express courier services and packing as well as boat transportation, is launching the global alliance to give its customers an ever-improving, seamless global service, as well as to shake up the industry and prove its dominance in the world market.

The company has hand-picked top firms in Germany, Italy, Spain, India, South Africa, China, Dubai, Australasia, the USA and Antigua to join the affiliation. By creating an alliance, PSP will be able to strengthen its position within the market, running its own sailings, services and charters and becoming less dependent on shipping lines. It will also mean customers get a worldwide service from people that have been trained in the PSP way.

Managing Director, Frank Dixie, said: We are lean, innovative and hungry for business and our company has taken the marine sector by storm in the last two years. I see a massive future for us responding to demand, which has been crying out for a modern, customer-focused attitude. The launch of our worldwide boat transportation alliance shows how serious we are and will enable us to control our services, rather than being controlled by the shipping lines.

We put a huge emphasis on high levels of customer services and the PSP alliance means that every person our customer comes into contact with will work the way we want them to.

The benefits of the alliance are massive, giving customers confidence that their precious cargo is being looked after by a company with a worldwide structure and knowledge of every corner of the globe.

Each member of the alliance has been chosen specifically by their presence in the boat building and marina industries, and because they are tried and tested we know they can deliver great service to the standards we set.

PSP puts a great emphasis on supporting the marine industry, which is evident through its sponsorship of the PSP Southampton Boat Show. Frank Dixie says that it is vital for each alliance member to do the same and they will all be required to exhibit in their own countrys leading show.
