CEVA Logistics, one of the worlds leading supply chain companies has won a significant contract to manage all inbound international freight and the domestic delivery of product to 88 Spotlight stores across Australia.

Spotlight is Australia's largest chain of Fabric, Craft and Home Interior Superstores, with over 100 stores in the country and a presence in New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Spotlight now joins an impressive list of some of Australias leading brands, including Caltex, BP, Bunzl, Foodworks and Readers Digest who are receiving the benefits of CEVAs integrated service capability. Managing Director of CEVA Australia, Howard Critchley said I am excited about entering this new partnership. As part of CEVAs service solution, the company will manage Spotlights Christmas 09 program from China. This will involve product being picked, packed and delivered directly to store via our International Logistic Solution and is a practical example of how we are providing a one-stop-shop for Spotlights supply chain requirements.

Spotlights Chief Executive Officer, Mark Goddard speaking about the announcement said CEVAs proven integrated international and domestic capabilities were a key factor in Spotlights decision to award CEVA this contract.  Spotlight are trusting CEVA to manage and optimise our supply chain, from point of origin to delivery to store. I am confident that CEVAs flexible and responsive service will exceed our requirements and that we can grow this new relationship.
