Companies Need to Slash Transport Costs

BP, the largest company in the UK employing 100,000 people, was spending 1.3 million a year on couriers.  The company thought it had the best deal possible with an international courier firm but in the last four years it has made savings of 11% thanks to

The company was set up by Criminal Barrister George Scott because he was shocked at the level of profiteering going on and the sums of money which are wasted every day and end up costing companies a fortune annually.  Waiting time for cabs, he found, is one of the biggest ways of wasting money.  The annual bills for waiting cabs are extraordinary; often up to 50% of cab cost is made up of waiting time says George.

There is also a very heavy reliance on black cabs when top end private-hire cars are 30% cheaper and around the City they are just as available as black cabs because they can combine with other fleets to make a really significant force in a small area.

He found that companies seemed to be charging what they thought they could get away with.  He and his team have scoured the country to find the best and most efficient suppliers.

George Scott points out that:   We check out the companies very carefully indeed and have a really good personal knowledge of every supplier we recommend. We monitor them constantly and if they are underperforming, we take them off our list.

It must be working because every single client has retained every single existing supplier since the business began and all say they have exceeded expectations.

Were talking about huge savings for some of the countrys largest  Companies:

Diageo, one of the worlds leading premium drinks businesses, spends approximately 1 million each year on international couriers. After working with, its now saving 15% of its previous bill.

Robert Walters Plc, one of the worlds largest professional recruitment consultancies, now saves over 30% on courier services thanks to

George Scott and the team look for companies which charge in a more realistic fashion than larger competitors.  They are picked for being more aggressive on price and offering a better service. They dont have to pay for global televised campaigns, nor do they have very high advertising and marketing costs. They are generally much leaner in structure.

ICConsulting.coms meticulous research and George Scotts ability, honed by years at the Bar, to analyse data and therefore find real and successful solutions , is saving some of the UKs largest companies hundreds of thousands of pounds. His success has already prompted the company to develop a global presence, notably in America and Australia. ICConsulting has also researched the best and most cost-effective records management/document storage companies and can guarantee 30% cost savings in this area.

In the current economic climate, companies should be looking very carefully at their fixed costs and making any savings they can. If its an alternative between losing staff and swelling the unemployment figures, and making massive savings in transport bills without losing service or quality, theres only one choice to be making!
