The Flexy Powered Roller Expandable Conveyor provides for a rapid controlled flow of goods, driven by an SEW EuroDrive AC motor with a fully adjustable speed 10 - 40m. per min; 0.09Kw for single phase supply. Drive motors have overload protection and LED warning and fully comply with all CE legislation. Flexy powered conveyors can be fitted with optional under roller photo optic sensors to provide for indexing or Zero Pressure Accumulation.
Flexy Gravity twin roller and skatewheel modules are ideal for conveying different sized boxes with irregular bases or bags and can be quickly manoeuvred in or out of trucks for faster, safer and efficient loading/unloading.
Flexy powered and gravity modular conveyors are available in two standard widths 600mm and 700m, with an optional 900mm width for handling larger dimensioned products. Fitted with heavy duty castors incorporating a foot operated brake for maximum mobility and secure positioning, these versatile expandable conveyors are used for a variety of materials handling applications including loading/unloading vehicles, warehouse and factory handling applications, plus linking of assembly and packaging machinery.
Flexy conveyors can be quickly and easily connected together to achieve the required length and when not in use, modules compact to one-third of their extended length for easy storage .
