Operating through Lloyd Frasers Dairy Services Subsidiary, the new enterprise will be based at an existing location in Devizes, Wiltshire and will be responsible for the collection and onward logistics to Cadburys Marlbrook Processing Plant from 63 contracted milk producers 365 days per year.
Mike Faye, Operations Director, says Lloyd Fraser has of course enjoyed a long association with Cadbury by virtue of its portfolio of other milk distribution contracts but this is our first venture as a direct service partner. This really is great news for our group and a logical next step in the relationship. Cadbury is the premier international brand for chocolate and confectionary products and to become their logistics contractor of choice in their direct supply sector represents a significant opportunity for the company.
