Suzhou Licheng has chosen to implement the OMP Corrugated Board System in its new production facilities in Lingbi, Suzhou. OMP will be used for corrugator optimisation, production scheduling, shop floor control and management reporting. It will be linked to the BHS corrugator, an automated conveyor system from Dücker and modern converting machinery.
The implementation will be done in two phases, together with the start-up of the factory. The first phase, planned for June 2016, focuses on the optimisation of the BHS corrugator. The second phase, linked to the go live of the conveyor system, is planned for August 2016, and will do the overall scheduling and optimisation of the plant.
