Sainsbury’s selects CML’s services

Core Management Logistics (CML) has added another new major UK retailer to its client list, with supermarket giant Sainsbury's choosing CML's pre-retail services for its Tu clothing range.

Tu is the UK's seventh largest clothing retailer by volume and available in over 400 Sainsbury's stores nationwide. First launched in 1994, Tu went under a major rebrand in 2013 and launched its online services in 2015.

CML, based in Magna Park in Lutterworth, provides warehouse and logistics services to a number of the UK's leading retailers including Marks and Spencer and L.K. Bennett and was selected by Sainsbury's for its experience and expertise within the retail sector.

The pre-retail services CML provide for Sainsbury's includes quality inspection and rework to ensure products are in excellent condition before being sent to the customers or the stores.

Sainsbury's has joined CML's growing portfolio of major UK and international retail customers, which includes MiH Jeans, fashion designer Markus Lupfer, Marks & Spencer, L.K Bennett, Halfords, The Silver Crane Company, Bjorn Borg, Triumph lingerie and Finery London.

Centrally based at Magna Park in Lutterworth, CML is a privately owned supply-chain services company specialising in retail warehousing and distribution, along with global freight forwarding services. Their 270,000 sq ft warehouse services retail giants and they provide bespoke solutions for many other distinguished brands and suppliers.
