LC Packaging, the packaging solutions provider for industry and agriculture, has acquired Geerings Horticultural Products with immediate effect.
Geerings Horticultural Products has been one of the UK's foremost suppliers of floristry, plant and horticultural packaging since 1903 and was purchased by LC Packaging to expand its range and the market sectors it serves.
Martin Schrooder, Managing Director LC Packaging UK: "This was an ideal combination, as both companies are family businesses and have a deep history in providing specialist packaging products. Bringing Geerings into the LC family allows us to improve our offer."
Lynda Makant has been a familiar face at Geerings for over 10 years and is now joining LC Packaging.
