Freight forwarder, Rhenus Logistics UK, has further strengthened its existing network with the opening of a new facility located close to major international airport, Heathrow.
Situated next to one of the world's busiest transport centres, the Heathrow facility specialises in air and ocean freight. With a full range of services, including import and export, the new depot provides a significant gateway to the EU and beyond. The development allows Rhenus to build upon its reputation as a leading logistics provider in the UK and support customers internationally.
Rhenus Logistics currently operates a national network of depots, delivering around 220,000 consignments each year for more than 9,000 clients in the UK. Like all other routes from the UK, the branch offers a fully comprehensive package of additional services including; customs and excise advice, full tracking and tracing, document management and express shipment.
