Reporting to Joe Penno, Vice President Global Project Engineering based in Germany, Steven now heads up a team of 55 engineers which includes Controls, Mechanical, Software and Systems Integration engineers.

Steven joined Dematic in 2010 as Head of the Systems Integration team and his role at that time included the rollout of integration processes & resource recruitment across Europe.

Commenting on his new role, Steven said: "Having gained a wealth of experience in my previous role in Dematic within systems integration, this new role offers me an opportunity to utilise what I have learnt over the years with controls and mechanical & software solutions. It is an exciting time to be part of the growth of Dematic and to be involved in sharing best practices on project delivery globally. Modular solution design, and a standardised approach is key to our project delivery in addressing the demands of our customers.
