An exclusive agreement has been signed which will see customers using Isotrak's telematics technology to automatically notify incident management service provider TTS360 of collisions, enabling their 24/7/365 incident response team to provide instant roadside assistance.

The agreement, launched at the recent Commercial Vehicle show, has generated huge interest so far and brings together Isotrak's market leading software solutions and devices with TTS360's specialist incident management service to offer fleets a proactive response to dealing with and managing accidents, saving the fleet business both time and money and providing brand and driver protection.

Isotrak's telematics technology for fleets in the UK and North America includes devices which are able to help manage and monitor driver behaviour, fuel consumption, refrigeration temperatures and logistics route tracking.

The agreement with TTS360 will now see the G-force enabled devices automatically notify the incident response service when the vehicle is involved in a collision, so that they can act as quickly as possible to manage the incident to reduce claims costs using immediate roadside, third party capture techniques.

TTS360 offers a full suite of incident management services including claims management, damage repair, replacement vehicles and legal services.

TTS360 Commercial Director, Dean Mugglestone said: "This innovation will change the way fleets operate and manage the accident notification process in the future.

"By automatically notifying TTS360's specialist 24/7/365 response team as soon as an accident occurs, they can get to work as soon as possible to manage the incident on behalf of the business. The incident support team will then contact the driver to provide immediate assistance.

"Ultimately it means we can save fleets time and money by proactively managing and organising repairs, vehicle replacement and any third party claims, whilst at the same time provide support for personal injuries."

Isotrak's Managing Director, Greville Coe, said: "We are very excited to announce further product innovation which will deliver tangible benefits for our clients and are delighted to have signed an exclusive deal with TTS360. Our customers will now be able to benefit from proactive management of their vehicles involved in collisions which will substantially minimise the claims cost to their business following any incident."
