International marketing specialists Tetra Marketing (Tetra) and translation service provider TW Languages (TWL) have combined to offer a fully managed and integrated approach to companies looking at export channels for the first time.

Backed up by more than 20 years marketing management experience, rapidly expanding Manchester marketing agency Tetra has built up a valued portfolio of retained clients mainly specialising in the manufacturing, energy, construction and industrial sectors. The company provides a complete international and export marketing support service to help North West companies expand into new global markets.

TW Languages delivers high quality, multi-lingual translations for business markets throughout the world. The company works in over 150 languages, and has more than 20 years of business and linguistics experience in project managing large complex technical and scientific translations.

In recent months Tetra and TWL have worked on projects involving a wide variety of industrial products. Typically the process will involve Tetra providing marketing advice and guidance to the client in the early stages as well as developing a comprehensive international marketing strategy. Tetra is then able to implement any resulting activities using its in-house team of graphic designers, web programmers and PR copywriters.

In one instance, having already designed and printed a corporate brochure in English for a key client, Tetra defined four key target countries and then worked with TWL to ensure smooth management of translation of the client's corporate brochure into Chinese, Russian, French and Spanish.

The entire process was completed within just five working days, enabling the brochures to be quickly sent out to the client's distributors and also to be used at a global exhibition in Malaysia.

Alex Cairns, Director of Tetra Marketing, commented "This kind of responsiveness would be hard to replicate even within much bigger companies with their own in-house marketing and translation teams. The service thereby offers great flexibility and instant on-hand expertise to any regional SMEs and manufacturing companies looking to take their first tentative steps into the export arena."
