Palletline has welcomed three additional employees in new roles to support its future growth strategy. The palletised distribution specialist has appointed Martin Rantle as Sales & Marketing Director; Maria Holmes-Keeling as Marketing Manager; and Debbie Wyatt as HR and Training Manager.

Martin Rantle, Sales & Marketing Director

Martin joined TNT UK in the 80s and worked his way up the ranks of the global Express and Logistics specialist to become Senior Vice President of Sales, Commercial, CS & Marketing at TNT Express's European, American and Asia Pacific Business Units.  After 30 years of service with TNT across multiple countries and cultures throughout the world, Martin returned to the UK as Interim Senior Consultant for DHL Express before joining Palletline. Martin brings a wealth of experience to the role, including enviable strategic and operational expertise that will serve Palletline well as the network continues to expand its service offer.

Maria Holmes-Keeling, Marketing Manager

Maria draws on nearly 15 years' success in developing and directing targeted marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, market share and sales in both the UK and global markets. With a strong automotive background, including more than eight years at The London Taxi Company working as UK Marketing Manager and for the latter three years as International Marketing Manager, Maria has extensive experience across the full marketing mix.  Maria's marketing knowledge and skills will prove invaluable as she works alongside Martin and her colleagues to further strengthen the Palletline network's position as a premium supplier.

Debbie Wyatt, HR and Training Manager

Debbie joins Palletline with HR generalist experience gained from an 8 year career with global hospitality brand, Marriott International Hotels. Debbie's expertise and particular strengths in talent development and employee relations will be utilised in the day to day management of all HR and training related issues. To support the continued growth of Palletline, training will be a primary focus in order to develop a multi-skilled and engaged workforce that drives service levels higher and further enhances member value

Kevin Buchanan, Managing Director of Palletline, said: "I'm delighted to welcome Martin, Maria and Debbie to the team. Palletline places great emphasis on its people and we are excited to invest in new talent of such calibre.
