Fortec Distribution Network has strengthened its operations in Scotland. The company has doubled its network of locations from three to six from January, with sites at Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness and (Highlands location to add.)

Neil Hodgson, Managing Director of the Fortec Distribution Network said that the number of sites in Scotland now equated to the same number of locations in the West Midlands.

He explained: "What this expansion in Scotland has allowed us to do is to offer our customers enhanced services.

"We can now cover a much bigger area of Aberdeen with a next day service. We can also do Inverness next day which very few people can match, if any. We can also do before 9am and before 10am across the central belt of Scotland."

Hodgson, claimed that the service offering and coverage from Fortec in Scotland is (probably) "unrivalled".

"This latest expansion in Scotland is part of our strategy plan for improved and better services throughout the network," added Hodgson.
