CargoWise, the provider of unified platform software for logistics service providers (LSPs), has signed a multi - year agreement to provide its ediEnterprise global freight and logistics technology platform to the newly formed Tigers Ltd., a company created under a merger agreement between WLG, Inc. and Kamino Logistics Group Ltd.
WLG is already using ediEnterprise globally. Tigers recognised the value of leveraging the current investment to standardise its operations and expand its product offering across additional countries and lines of business. Tigers will benefit from comprehensive visibility during the merger and in the future by using ediEnterprise's underlying single-file-concept to link all relevant information together in one globally accessible database.
Andrew Jillings, CEO for Tigers Limited, stated: "We retained Spectrum Partners LLC to assist us in selecting the operating system for our newly merged company. Tigers and its strategic agent partners will operate ediEnterprise in offices across Asia, Australasia, the Americas and Europe under the Tigers brand. ediEnterprise will be implemented across all offices to provide global management visibility and operational efficiency. Tigers will be able to offer its customers consistent, high quality services across the freight and logistics supply chain."
