IMHX 2010 is fast approaching and, for forklift users looking to reduce costs and improve safety, Transmon Engineering will be showcasing a series of electronic devices and fleet management systems on Stand 20D45, at the Birmingham NEC, from 16-19 November

Transmon Engineering provides solutions to a variety of operations, from everyday handling and transportation applications to more specialist applications such as cold store and high racking.  Its stand in hall 20 will focus on themes significant to materials handling operations, including efficiency, visibility and speed control.

Examples of the entire Savure range will be on display, including Transmon's Tyre Savure that helps increase tyre life by 200%-400%, Vision Savure that aids visibility and the Zone Speed Savure, which triggers speed limiting devices in certain areas.

Other products on display will include the Zone Reversing System that offers a proximity warning when the truck is in reverse and the Driver/Pedestrian Active Warning System that offers a personal proximity warning, for areas where pedestrians and trucks work alongside each other.

Transmon is a market leader in fleet management systems and will be exhibiting its TDS1 and TDS5 Data Savure fleet management systems.  Both systems provide management information about the fleet, helping companies manage their materials handling operation more effectively.  The new TDS5 offers a daily check programme that can be customised to suit requirements, offering control and accountability to fleet managers.  Both versions offer Keypad, RFID Card or Fob access, with further options of downloading methods available (Blue tooth or RF/ WiFi).

Fleet watch Savure 1 and 2 are Transmon's fleet management GPRS and GPS data capture systems that improve vehicle security and help plan truck servicing and accurate invoicing on hours used.
